Sonia
is a coach, author and workshop facilitator with a Life & Career Coaching
practice in Toronto. She has been a practicing coach since 2008.
She draws on her more
than 15 years of business experience as a Human Resources Professional to
assist people in discovering their true passion, reaching their goals and
finding work-life balance.
Sonia regularly
conducts communication and career transition workshops for corporate and public
groups. She teaches Business Communication at Centennial College and writes
“Coach’s Corner”, a monthly business advice column for the Toronto Business Times.
She launched her
first book in 2010 “A Gratitude Journal: 3 Daily Practices for Joyful Living”.
The companion book “Meditations on Gratitude: 100 Ways to Find Gratitude in the Most
Likely Places” was released in June, 2011.
Sonia is a
trained DISC Work Personality Profile analyst, a CTI-trained Coach and member
of the GTA Chapter of ICF (International Coach Federation). She holds a CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation with the Human Resources Professionals Association. Sonia received her Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree from the University of Toronto and holds a Human Resources Management diploma from Ryerson.
